We are looking for a Senior Packaging Developer to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure packaging solutions meet strategic objectives.
• Partner with R&D, Design, and Procurement teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Develop cost-effective and sustainable packaging products that align with company standards.
• Apply a pragmatic approach to design ideas, ensuring feasibility for large-scale production.
• Focus on creating retail and online packaging, gift packaging, and reusable bags that enhance customer experience.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to Packaging.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in consumer packaging development.
• Proven experience in driving development with global suppliers.
• Expertise in consumer packaging, including paper bags, gift packaging, and fabric tote bags.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical knowledge of production techniques and materials to ensure practical and innovative packaging solutions.
