Embark on Sharkmob's thrilling game development adventure and reinforce the HR team with your expertise as an HR Business Partner. This is a temporary position for about 12 months since one of our lovely HR Business Partners will go on parental leave. Therefore, we need someone who can work broadly with HR-related questions! Collaboration is key, and working in a cross-discipline team allows us to bring together our expertise and create the best possible workplace. You will work with the entire HR cycle. Additionally, you will work closely with managers and developers throughout our teams to promote a positive culture, support the crew in all manner of HR-related activities, and ensure Sharkmob remains a great place to work. You'll join at an exciting time and be part of a highly energeticteam consisting of HR Business Partners, specialists, and Talent Acquisition Partners, with a naturalfocus on drive and fun. You will have the possibility to really make an impact andfollow through on your great ideas or initiatives. • A proven track record of working as an HR Business Partner for at least 4 years.
• Broad HR experience covering a range of HR practices and processes such as job mapping, compensation& benefits, performance & development, and work environment etc.
• Great people and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law.

• Passionate about growing and developing new teams, with experience of rapid scaling.
• Experience working within a creative business.

Sharkmob was founded in 2017 and has offices in Malmö, Sweden, and London, UK. The studio develops AAA-quality games for PC and console, using the Unreal Engine to power its ambitions of taking multiplayer games to new heights.

Currently, we are working on two major projects: Exoborne – a Sharkmob original game created in Malmö, is a tactical, open-world extraction shooter set in a United States torn apart by apocalyptic forces of nature. The second project, developed in London, is another Sharkmob original IP yet to be announced. Our first game, Bloodhunt - a battle royale set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe, was released on 27 April 2022.
