We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Drive requirements work across business units, domains, and vendors to support the Transformation Program within the B2B (Leasing & Factoring) area.
• Serve as a thought leader in analyzing business and system processes, capabilities, and needs.
• Create and manage business process documentation and features to ensure a streamlined delivery process.
• Manage and administer features in Jira with a focus on transparent communication at all levels.
• Support and coach business users in defining their needs and facilitate the transformation into a modern and digitalized way of doing business.

What you bring:

• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in larger transformations.
• Experience from Core Banking Transformations and knowledge in Banking, Factoring, and Leasing business.
• Proven analytical abilities with excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in Jira administration and strong administrative skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across business units and vendors.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
