Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Collaborate closely with team members to create psychological safety and openly share knowledge.
• Pull tasks from the backlog based on prioritization from the PO/DPO in alignment with stakeholders and architects.
• Ensure the right functionality is being developed by understanding the product, its purpose, and its users.
• Estimate the size and complexity of work to plan upcoming PIs effectively.
• Maintain technical design and development to align with the POs/DPOs roadmap.
• Commit to planned work for upcoming PIs and take necessary actions to succeed.
• Fulfill the definition of done for features, ensuring it is written with stakeholder input.
• Own the entire product lifecycle: design, develop, test, and deploy.
• Communicate internally and externally to create transparency and visualize commitments/results.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team and with other teams.
• Provide ideas and take ownership of the “HOW” as experts.
• Commit to continuous improvement in skills with a growth mindset.
• Strive for a cross-functional, T-shaped team setup to deliver products.
• Commit to the quality and security of the product and continuously work to improve.
• Support the product as the 3R line support.

What You Bring:

• Experience in web development.
• Proficiency with • Net Framework, • NET Core, Angular, Svelte, Vue.JS, Entity Framework, GIT, MQ, SQL-server, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of security principles.
• Cloud/Azure expertise.
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, transparency, and openness to innovation.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
