This is the job

As a Finance Business Partner at Qinshift, your key responsibilities are to provide full support to the business operations in Sweden which includes Financial Planning, Analysis and Compliance. The role is vital in creating and implementing the organization's financial strategies, leading significant financial projects and presenting financial insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Whilst also making sure that we’re aligned with everything from tax filing, insurance policies and procurement procedures according to Swedish rules and regulations.

Since Qinshift is a tech-consultancy company you will work with both local and international stakeholders where you will create and foster collaborative relationships. Your daily tasks will span from tasks such as analytics of consultant hours to ensuring that the monthly and yearly reports are completed in a timely fashion.

You will cooperate with a remote Center of Excellence and Business/Finance team within the international structure of Qinshift. At a local level you will work closely with the local management for Sweden.

We believe that you have been working in similar roles and that you have an extensive experience within the field of financial planning and analytics. With your background from high-level strategic roles; you ensure accuracy, consistency, and financially regarding everything from budgeting, forecasting, to timely global financial reports. Whilst also making sure that obligatory tasks like tax filing are performed and adhere to local legislation that we’re aligned with insurance policies.

You’re used to communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at different levels. You consider yourself to have a strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management and compliance and how to analyse, solve and act regarding decision-making. You’re used to working with different ERP-systems and you consider yourself to be very well-versed in Excel.

With your background in similar roles, you’re experienced in organizing both a Procure to Pay process but also an Order to Cash process that’s in line with the organization’s policies. Whilst also being experienced in foreign exchange and how that can impact both revenue and invoicing.

For this role you need to be comfortable in both Swedish and English, written and spoken and we believe that you have a relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
