As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role will be based at our customer in the vicinity of Ängelholm and the duration of the assignment is 6 months. As a Manufacturing Engineer with us, you'll play a crucial role in the daily planning and coordination of production engineering processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating processes and procedures that align with company objectives, ensuring targets within performance and quality quotas are met. Additionally, you'll conduct engineering analysis to identify areas for improvement, aiming to reduce downtime and enhance overall efficiency. Your involvement in brainstorming sessions and cross-department meetings will foster collaboration and address the needs of various stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to develop standardized designs, adhering to existing regulations, while investigating problems, analyzing root causes, and devising effective resolutions. Safety procedures and environmental regulations for production employees will be established under your guidance, emphasizing the importance of a secure and sustainable work environment. You'll also be responsible for setting up new processes and participating in major technical or productivity improvements, from technology development to full production deployment. With a focus on defined problems of moderate scope and complexity, you'll lead process projects from kick-off to handover to Production. Whether it's managing several small-sized projects or one larger project, your expertise will ensure successful outcomes. As the Process Owner for a specific manufacturing domain, you'll specialize in at least one discipline, providing mentorship to interns and lower-level Engineers along the way. Din Profil Knowledge/experience: • Required tools knowledge: Catia V5/V6d & DELMIA. • Experience with CAD programs and technical drawings. • Professional level of English, spoken and written. • Proficiency using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.). • Authentic, responsive, and proactive person. • Ability to effectively lead and direct. • Detail- and solutions-oriented mindset. • Experience from assembly processes, 5S and Lean Production.
