We are looking for an Customer & Change Manager – Automotive Actuators to join our team

What You Will Work On:

Customer Engagement and Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and customers, addressing technical requirements and interests.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback into project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with evolving needs.
• Promptly address customer concerns or inquiries, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to value-added solutions.
• Clarify system engineering team’s open questions and concerns.

Change Management Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to project needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate change rationale and secure support for implementation.

Change Impact Assessment:

• Conduct thorough impact assessments to evaluate potential effects of proposed changes on ECU development processes, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify stakeholders impacted by changes and assess their readiness to adapt.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with changes, developing contingency plans.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Proactively communicate changes to stakeholders, providing clear information on rationale and expected outcomes.
• Foster open channels for feedback and address concerns to facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
• Provide regular updates on change management activities to project sponsors and steering committees.

Interface to Project Management for Planning and Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, especially Project Management, to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard project integrity and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (5 years) in project management roles within the automotive industry, focusing on EC/EU development.
• Proven experience (5 years) in change management roles within the automotive industry, focusing on ECU development.
• Deep understanding of automotive ECU architecture, embedded systems, and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Sound decision-making abilities and strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in English.
