We are looking for an Customer & Change Manager – Automotive Actuators to join our team
What You Will Work On:
Customer Engagement and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and customers, addressing technical requirements and interests.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with evolving needs.
- Promptly address customer concerns or inquiries, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to value-added solutions.
- Clarify system engineering team’s open questions and concerns.
Change Management Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to project needs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate change rationale and secure support for implementation.
Change Impact Assessment:
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to evaluate potential effects of proposed changes on ECU development processes, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify stakeholders impacted by changes and assess their readiness to adapt.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with changes, developing contingency plans.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Proactively communicate changes to stakeholders, providing clear information on rationale and expected outcomes.
- Foster open channels for feedback and address concerns to facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
- Provide regular updates on change management activities to project sponsors and steering committees.
Interface to Project Management for Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, especially Project Management, to optimize project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard project integrity and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management roles within the automotive industry, focusing on EC/EU development.
- Proven experience (5 years) in change management roles within the automotive industry, focusing on ECU development.
- Deep understanding of automotive ECU architecture, embedded systems, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Sound decision-making abilities and strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in English.
