Now we are recruiting for an exciting and important role - and would like to welcome a new colleague at one of our Nordic Air Freight locations. In Cluster Nordic you will have aprox. 100 dedicated colleagues working with Air Freight based in Finland (Vantaa), Sweden (Arlandastad and central Gothenburgh), Norway (Gardermoen) and Denmark (Hvidovre and Fredericia) In this role you will be driving development and implementation of tools that support our Air Operating Model and work with qualifying and prioritizing IT demands across Nordics. You will also take an active part in training and Business Support throughout the Cluster. You will become part of a European network of likeminded colleagues who will drive the company towards the future and ensure we are ready for the world of tomorrow. Processes & Systems are improving and optimizing our processes and system landscape for our Nordics Air Freight business - to bring our operations to the next level. Key Tasks & responsibilities - Coach and challenge in identifying, prioritizing, and specifying IT related demands - Closely work with our European and Nordic teams to align and prioritize demand pipeline - Organize and ensure execution of UAT (User Acceptance Tests) across Cluster Nordic Air Production Systems - Work with Region and liaise with other Clusters to advise and support development - Responsibility for local interfaces with customers, suppliers, and other external partners - Provide leadership to Training resources and contribute to best practice sharing - Provide Train-the-trainer training to country responsibles as required - Ensure, organize, and coordinate onboarding / refresher / skill-up trainings You will be reporting to the Head of Processes & Systems in Cluster Nordics Airfreight Division.
