We are now looking for an ambitious designer to be the main driver in the development of our Jewelry Collections. We’re continuously developing our brand and products, and jewelry accessories are one of our larger focus areas ahead, meaning you will play a central part in Daniel Wellington’s future jewelry portfolio.

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN

• Within our Design-driven organization, be responsible for developing our Jewelry portfolio according to the overall company strategy.
• Under Creative Director’s direction, supported by Project Manager(s) and Product Manager(s); work on new products and extensions based on a seasonal launch approach.
• From creative concept to approval of mass production sample, own the whole process of bringing new products to life.
• In a fast-paced environment, collaborate closely with the Creative Director to ensure that your designs stay true to our brand and DNA.
• Monitor the jewelry market, staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Be proactive in finding technical solutions to contribute to successful product development.
• Share project presentations with various stakeholders within the company like executives, marketing teams, and sales teams.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have extensive experience in Fashion Jewelry and/or Fine Jewelry with proven knowledge of industrial and traditional processes related to Jewelry
• Experienced in 3D modelling (we use 3D shapr)
• Fully proficient in English

These skills we consider a plus

• Being comfortable with Hand sketches
• Being comfortable with Industrial Technical Drawings
• Experience in CAD (we use Solidworks), as well as a basic understanding of 3D printing process (Formlabs)
• Experience in Illustrator and Photoshop
