Your benefits: - Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 - Salary: 30 000 euros gross/year + up to 15 000 euros gross/year in bonus - Great office location in Barcelona - Friends hunting (referral) bonus - Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on - Career development program and specialized courses What you'll experience with us As a Team Leader in our team, you will: - Monitor, report and drive team performance - Give newly hired agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work - Keep track of training and training needs to improve technical and phone communication’s skills - Coach & mentor a world-class cross-functional team: - Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of client products to confidently provide mentorship for your SDR team - Work in partnership with the clients SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and relevant product/feature updates - Develop specific training sessions based on collected call recordings.
