Job description

We are now expanding our quality team in Skultuna with an Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE). Today the team consists of 10 co-workers who drives the quality work in the plant forward. Your colleagues will also be the region's representatives in your field of expertise, which means many international contacts. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence the content of the role based on global standards.

As an AQE you will lead and support our production quality work with process know how and expertise within your area. You will work closely with members of the production and the Management Team while reporting to the Regional Manager.

Your duties will also include:

  • Translate customer expectations/specification to internal quality requirements and ensure their actuality
  • Initiate and support feasibility studies, tolerance development and planning of poka yoke
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of necessary failure/effective analysis
  • Support the prototype production and delivery approval
  • Contribute to the development of test methods and equipment including concept approvals
  • Define process relevant documents
  • Conduct process audits within the Business Unit


Qualifications

The requirements for this job position are:

  • Relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Drivers licence
  • Team player: open-minded, collaborative, ready to help out/support when needed.
  • Handles projects self-reliant
  • Strong communication skills


Additional valuable skills/experiences

  • Swedish or German language skills
  • Previous experience from the automotive industry
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Experience working with LEAN Production
