The holder of this role is responsible for developing and implementing information security programs, ensuring a high level of information security in Sergel´s operations. This includes maintaining an ISMS for Sergel Group, ensuring that information security is proactively supporting the business.

You report directly to Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and will be part of the Legal and Compliance department in Sergel Group. The department supports the organization with legal, compliance and information security matters. This role can be stationed in one of our offices in the Nordic, Stockholm, Sandefjord, Helsinki or Copenhagen.

• Based on business plans and risks, create strategy and yearly plans for the information security area and present for the Sergel Group´s management.
• Ensure that the ISMS is developed and maintained in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard and any supporting standards that Sergel Group considers beneficial.
• Understand the Sergel Group business, threats and risks to ensure that the yearly plan for the information security area is effective and that the ISMS is business-aligned.
• Support the business in information classification and information security risk management.
• Participate in the handling of major security related incidents.
• Assist in answering customers regarding information security, including RFP: s and assist in evaluating suppliers.
• Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.

Furthermore, we see that you need to have a clear business sense and focus on results to contribute to running successful projects and achieving goals in accordance with Sergel's overall strategy.

• Minimum 3 years experience from a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology or similar education.
• Working within Information security in accordance with the ISO 27000 standard or other best practices.
• Experience in security architecture and security incident management is mandatory.
• Experience in project management or organizational change management is a merit.

The position is permanent, fulltime, and we wish you to start as soon as possible.
