As Transformation Project Manager…

Your mission is to lead the planning, execution, and refinement of various projects crucial for our company’s growth and adaptation. From establishing sales excellence to integrating M&A ventures and managing IT initiatives, your role will encompass a diverse range of projects aimed at guiding our company's transformation and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities and primary tasks

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project objectives, milestones, and success criteria.

• Ensure buy-in from recipients of the projects, a well-thought-out implementation and long-term adaptation to the projects' purpose.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

• Provide leadership and direction to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

• Champion best practices in project management and contribute to the development of project management frameworks within the organization.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Certification as a project manager is a plus.

• At leasat 5 years demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion and with a proven track record of leading transformation projects across diverse fields.

• Proficiency in a project management methodology such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and influence executives.

• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency, as it is the corporate language.

• Proficient in clear and effective communication.

• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Result-oriented with a commitment to achieving project goals.
