Your responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 8 professionals, overseeing master planning, detailed production planning, and transportation/logistics operations.
• Develop and implement a robust master planning process that integrates sales and operations planning, considering all facets of the organization.
• Drive short and medium-term planning initiatives to ensure timely delivery to our customers, while effectively managing unforeseen challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by refining workflows and optimizing tools to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with fellow Manufacturing Unit leaders to spearhead business development efforts, working closely with production, purchasing, and production development managers.

Your background

• A university degree in Engineering and at least 5 years' working experience in a relevant field.
• Leadership experience.
• You are a collaborative, responsible, and results-driven individual who excels at coaching, inspiring, and motivating others.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be proactive and communicate on all levels.
• You have a holistic perspective with the ability to understand details when needed.
• Able to make well-balanced decisions in a dynamic project environment.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.

The Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors and high voltage induction motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most Project Manager demanding environments. The division also has a long track record of designing and building generators for wide range of industries, including power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, and data centers.
