Your Role:The Learning ExperienceProject Lead plays a crucial role in managing Hyper Island's educational programs, fostering collaboration between the Facilitator Collective and the Industry Partner Collective, who together make up the production of our long term YH programs in Sweden.

This position requires agility, strong relationship skills, and proficiency in educational logistics. This role is a project manager working with various project management frameworks including agile and primarily holds responsibility for the programs' operations strategy, including establishing and facilitating cross-functional teams within the organisation matrix as needed.

What You'll Do:

Project leading in creating, calling and organising cross functional project- or course based teams in our organisational matrix in alignment with Hyper Island’s leadership philosophy.

Facilitate communication, collaboration and information exchange between external groups and the internal project teams.

Coordinating program resources such as program budgets. Approving invoices for assigned projects and courses, and cost control according to assigned budgets. Keep track of all program deliverables, mainly planning and scheduling of courses, industry leaders, and additional sessions crucial to create a positive student learning experience.

Oversee compliance with educational standards during audits.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven experience in a senior project manager role, preferably in education or a similar field. Bonus if you have experience working with agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication skills, adept at liaising with diverse groups.

• University degree or another education and training we consider equivalent.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
