Then come and join the Human Resources Service as a human resources administrator. Your tasks You will be part of the "HR Training and Development" and "Personnel Administration and Payroll" teams. Working closely with these two teams, you will be responsible for the following areas: For HR Training and Development: . Organising and monitoring legally required training (initial and refresher training) in conventional safety . Assisting with the development of IT tools for the Integrated Management System in the area of skills management . Assisting with needs analysis for staff training in order to prepare the skills development plan . Contributing to the organisation of training as part of the skills development plan, including liaising with, monitoring and evaluating training providers . Organising courses for French as a foreign language to help foreign staff members settle in For Personnel Administration and Payroll: . Managing relations with the French social security and with the organisations which administer the supplementary health insurance ("mutuelle") and the provident fund scheme ("prévoyance") . Compiling, recording and monitoring payroll variables depending on the relevant scope: managing staff absences, staff arrivals/departures, overtime, on-call duties, etc. For all of these duties: . Providing information required for internal billing . Assisting with the compilation of information for reporting purposes ("reporting social") . Providing any information, advice and expertise requested internally . Being proactive and assisting with the development of IT tools for HR Your profile . You should have a Level 6 qualification (undergraduate degree or equivalent) in human resources. . You should have at least 2 years of professional experience working in HR. . You are proficient in the use of computer software: excellent working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (ideally Teams RH Cegedim for payroll administration and Foederis for training). . You are meticulous, reliable and able to show the discretion needed in view of the confidential nature of the information you will be handling. . You enjoy working with figures and new technologies, and are a recognised team player and are known for your listening skills and service-oriented attitude. . You must have a sound knowledge of English and French.
