We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our customers' Employer Branding Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager in driving their employer branding strategy and recruitment efforts. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders and be at the forefront of attracting and retaining top talent for Husqvarna. About the Role: In this exciting new role, you will have the chance to coordinate employer branding events, manage student fairs, oversee recruitment processes, and engage with a broad network of internal and external partners. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content for social media platforms, organizing internal meetings, and assisting in the execution of recruitment activities. This hands-on position offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on our employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
