About the roleAs a Key Account Manager, you will have the commercial responsibility of our existing Nordic enterprise clients, some of Sweden’s biggest and most well-known companies. You will work independently and be a role model in all aspects of how to handle negotiations, business reviews and prioritization. You will work actively to ensure high client growth, renewal rate and low churn rate of your clients in line with set targets.
You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with several client stakeholders and enable the highest possible value of our product customized to their needs. You will beresponsible for strategic account planning and will work actively to ensure that we understand and deliver on our client's expectations.
By adding value, driving and further developing each unique customer relationship, you ensure that our customers continue to develop together with us. You will also drive additional sales for existing customers.
Benify's Key Account Management team consists of 17 Key Account and Senior Account Managers based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, two team leads and Head of Key Account Management to whom you will report.
This is a temporary position starting in June/July and lasting until the end of May 2025. Benify is growing and there is an opportunity to stay with Benify after the contract expires.

Who we are looking forTo excel in this position, you should possess prior experience in a key account management capacity, with a focus on enterprise clients. You should demonstrate ease in conducting meetings and negotiations with top-tier executives such as CEOs, CFOs, C-level HR professionals, or purchasing departments.
Additionally, we are looking for you who:
Location: Hybrid in our Stockholm office (Hötorget)
Traveling: 1-2 times/quarter
Employment length: This is a temporary position starting in June/July and lasting until the end of May 2025.
