We are looking for a talented Head of B2B Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives. If you're passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies to propel business growth and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary:

As the Head of B2B Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to our B2B audience, aligned with our overarching business goals. You'll lead and nurture a team of B2B marketing specialists to drive revenue and enhance our business processes. Building and optimizing processes to streamline marketing operations and enhance efficiency will be a key aspect of your role.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and webinars to generate qualified leads.

  • Managing the B2B marketing budget and meticulously tracking ROI to optimize campaigns.

  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts

  • Stay updated on the latest B2B marketing trends and technologies will enable you to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

  • Managing a small team of marketers that will guide the editorial priorities and subsequent content outputs to help drive sales connections and deep client engagement.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, with a demonstrable record of success.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation, content marketing, marketing automation, and account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Proven ability to develop and manage B2B marketing budgets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

  • Strong leadership skills with a talent for building and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Bonus Points:

  • Experience in our industry (a plus!).

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

  • Proven success with ABM strategies.
