The role
As a Sales Representative at PaperShell, you'll be at the forefront of managing and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Your main goal is to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, as well as to maximize sales opportunities and increase profitability.
This position involves:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Find, build, and nurture customer relationships.
Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, being their primary point of contact throughout the collaboration.
- Participate in the ongoing development of the company's sales efforts.
Support strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and enhancing the customer's products to create competitive advantages.
- Business negotiations.
Negotiate new contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets, including cost calculations and quotation writing.
- Collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with project management, production, logistics, and marketing to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer needs.
