About this opportunity

As Head of Compliance & Responsible Sourcing you will be leading the Sustainability and Compliance development and implementation for Sourcing in collaboration with the relevant Categories and Market area stakeholders. This would include the Sourcing compliance framework and consequence management to prevent non-compliance internally as well as for Suppliers. The area is growing and there is a high interest from our customers, amplified by increasing level of legislations. You will be working in close collaboration with central S&CR team for Human Rights, Environment and OHS, as well as GFLA for the Third Party Mgmt process related to Anti Bribery & Corruption.

What you will do

  • Drive strategic direction for Responsible Sourcing and Compliance
  • Ownership of internal self-assessment and Sample check framework
  • Ownership of Supplier Audit framework, Code of Conduct and Contract Compliance audits
  • Supplier Code of Conduct: Environment (supplier climate action, circularity and emerging topics), Conflict / Critical Minerals, Social (OHS and Human Rights), Compliance / ABC
  • Training development and roll out for Sourcing Mandate and other compliance and sustainability related awareness
  • Responsibility for the Compliance and sustainability related risk framework, incl ABC, Human Rights, Environment and OHS.
  • Definition of KPI:s and control points relevant for the risk areas in scope
  • Ownership of Consequence mgmt. Framework
  • Improvements and collaboration (RBA, CDP, 1.5 supply chain leaders, KnowTheChain, SPP, etc): due diligence, risk management, benchmarking
  • Sustainability reporting for the supply chain (CSRD)

You will bring

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Min 5-10 years of experience leading in global environment
  • Min 5 years Sourcing experience
  • Sustainability knowledge
  • Business Acumen
  • Understanding of the e2e Sourcing process and the related cross functional dependencies
  • Ability to lead global, complementary teams towards common target
  • Strong Change management capability
  • Drive objective decision making together with stakeholders across Sourcing as well as Ericsson
  • Collaboration skills
