As part of the Vehicle Software Factory our team Product lead & Release management will plan, drive, and align deliveries from development teams across Vehicle Technology to secure that new functionality is delivered in time. Our team is dedicated to delivering value to our end customers with every product update. As part of GTTs Vehicle Software Factory, we are working globally with all sites and with our colleagues in the other engineering departments. Our team is located in two sites: Bangalore and Gothenburg, where we proudly take ownership of our Product Lead and Release management responsibilities. What you will do At GTT you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. In this role you will be the Product Architect for the Vehicle Software Factory and part of the Product Lead & Release Management team reporting the undersigned, Lars Ekström, Global Technology Manager. As our Product Architect, you will play a vital role in the system definition to keep the platform and integration flow together. Within your role, you will be working closely to our skilled engineers to improve both our products and work methods every day. You will be the key player in the System Integration Board, planning and deciding the integration points both for HW and SW in the embedded system. You will work on both high-level integration and lower-level planning down to the signal level. Who are you? We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and experience: * University degree in software engineering or similar. * Strong leadership skills, as a Product Owner, with the ability to understand and prioritize in the endless backlog and get the most out of the team. * Good business understanding and know-how in stakeholder management. * Proven experience within the area of system architecture, system design, and integration from the automotive industry. * Experience in agile ways of working.
