Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Requirement management engineer to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Manage and configure safety-related functional and technical system requirements using Polarion within heavy vehicle requirements management tools.
• Collaborate closely with safety managers, architects, and hardware/software engineers to collect, structure, and manage changes to safety-related system requirements.
• Conduct requirement analysis activities, developing and maintaining traceability between stakeholder requirements and HW/SW requirements.
• Break down requirements for implementation in hardware and software components, ensuring formal traceability to lower implementation levels in the system, HW, and SW.
• Allocate requirements to different elements of the system to support a comprehensive and consistent approach across HW and SW.
• Contribute to product development projects by applying Functional Safety ISO 26262 standards.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Swedish or English; English language skills are sufficient for this role.
• Extensive experience with embedded software development and requirement management.
• Competence in automotive systems and design for requirements capture and management.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools such as DOORS and Polarion.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with key safety analysis processes such as FTA and FMEA.
• Desirable experience in detailed ECU design, simulation, analysis, and product validation.
• Experience in hardware and/or software development and testing.
