Within the Talent & Performance scope also lie the Leadership model, Our behaviors, developmental assessment tools and Mentoring/Coaching practices, and related analytics.


Key operational responsibilities:

In this position, you will be part of the Global TM team, focusing on supporting the Talent & Performance mandate, comprising succession management and planning and the performance management cycle, along with TM Specialists and regional SME colleagues. You will apply the global Talent & Performance practices and continuously contribute to developing the employees and leaders by creating content and materials of relevant programs, tools and practices. You will also contribute to deploy programs and practices through facilitation of webinars and workshops.

Main key responsibilities are:

  • Contribute to maintain and innovate the Talent and Performance programs, tools and practices
  • Support Talent Review activities throughout the year (succession management activities)
  • Support business partnering activities towards functions, product lines and business areas
  • Deliver global webinars to employees, leaders and the People community together with the Global Talent & Performance colleagues, to inspire consistency and one way of working globally
  • Prepare analytics insights relating to Talent and Performance areas, to help with data driven decision making and prioritization


You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a good understanding of how succession & performance management practices
  • Have business acumen, understanding how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs
  • Have proven skills working across country borders with the understanding and respect for cultural differences and experience of how to work in a complex multinational organization
  • Have experience in data analysis for decision making and planning
  • Have communication and influencing skills for the purpose of stakeholder management
  • Have experience in strong cross-collaboration in all directions and aspects around activities or projects (Openness)
  • Have an Agile and Growth mindset to deliver innovatively in a very multinational environment
