We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Professional to join our EMEA Team to support Siemens to win top talent, bond our valued employees, and grow a positive and engaging work culture. In this role you will be a member of two Topic Teams, such as General Compensation, Recognition or Benefits and partner with key stakeholders on assigned programs. Furthermore, you will work on projects across our EMEA region and advance C&B data analytics and insights. As a team we believe in empowerment and flexibility, allowing you the freedom to perform the role in the best way for you. The candidate can work either partially or fully remotely elsewhere within Europe. Preferred locations are Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK. The role will report to a line manager in the UK. Light international travel will be required. About the role: You will contribute to the development, implementation and coordination of assigned programmes and schemes by: • Delivering annual cycle of activities such as pay review, bonus, insurance renewals • Working on assigned country and cross-country projects • Performing research, analysis and data visualisation to draw conclusions and make proposals • Collaborating with experts and stakeholders on projects and initiatives in EMEA and globally • Growing through exposure across our comprehensive rewards porfolio • Contributing to our Siemens transformation with technology that scales Who are we looking for: • Professional know-how and experience in C&B gained in a Tech Company or Consultancy • Passion for advanced data analytics and detail focus • Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, AI applications such as ChatGPT or Copilot • Business English fluent and another language such as Swedish, Dutch, French or Spanish. • International project experience with the ability to use agile as well waterfall methodologies. • Brings collaborative mindset and good relationship building accross international teams • Good communicator with the ability to adapt to audience and cultural requirements • High level of self-motivation and continuous learning mindset Are you up for the challenge?
