Scientist

As Scientist with focus on catalysis you will support our research projects that generate new products and processes and help drive our growing business forward. The position is based in Perstorp but may require international travel up to 15 days per year.

What you will do

• Perform experiments and lead smaller projects or workstreams
• Interpret and collate experimental results and generate reports for internal or external stakeholders
• Engage with Commercial and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical matters
• Contribute towards innovation and preservation of Intellectual Property
• Comply with EHS and Quality standards and actively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Initiate risk assessments and generation of project safety documentation.

We would like if you had:

• Minimum first-degree university education and relevant industrial experience
• Strong trouble-shooting skills with an ability to implement practical solutions
• Knowledge of catalyst preparation/materials synthesis and testing
• The ability to communicate technical information effectively
• The drive to move things forward, a hands-on attitude and a curious mind
