About the Role

We are now looking for a Business Analyst with more than 4 years experience for one of our very important clients. As a Business Analyst in the area of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will be part of a skilled Agile team of specialists that help our client reduce time to market for software and hardware. You should be an analytic team player with an interest in how processes and information flows to support Product Development - to be a good fit for this role. The work will be performed within a cross-functional team. This role will require cooperation with other teams, collaboration with customers as well as the ability to work independently when the need arises. Good Interpersonal skills, high confidence and good communication skills for managing stakeholders is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • You will work with understanding and analyse needs from the organisation, balance the requirements from different stakeholders and deploy the new solutions in our clients program.

  • Help the client meet business needs for both hardware and software development processes.

  • Help with solving short term tasks, as well as long term strategic matters.

  • You must be passionate about learning about our client’s business and that you see yourself contributing in teamwork, workshops and communicating with different stakeholders as part of the requirements gathering and implementation process.

  • You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders, and also with the teams developing our chain of digital tools.

  • Work closely with customer to ensure that they are using tools in the best possible way, including assisted planning and coaching.


Required Qualifications:

• BSc or Masters degree in Engineering or any other relevant field.

• Previous experiences from working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

• Proven skills in written and spoken English.

• Great facilitation, presentation and collaboration skills.

• Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a fast-paced agile environment.


Meritorious qualifications for this position:

  • Excellent proven skills with PLM applications (KDP, Teamcenter, 3DX).

  • Excellent and proven Product Documentation skills

  • Great understanding of software development processes.

  • Automotive experience.
