We are looking for someone who wants to take on an assignment that is a collaboration between AFRY and our high-tech customer in Trollhättan!

Our client is looking for a so-called "Lean Deployment Leader" with an interest in improvements and development according to the LEAN methodology.

As a member of the department's management team, you will support and coach the business's leaders and employees in their LEAN work. The role includes a broad work area and will contain a lot of variety, everything from goal breakdown and visualization to actually carrying out practical improvement work.

Duties will include:

• As an expert and coach, develop the department's production system within the LEAN area to meet goals and strategies
• Through an analytical mindset, drive and coach improvements in both the short and long term
• If necessary, lead and implement development efforts (projects and kaizen)
• Support and train staff in driving improvement work and problem solving activities
• Collaborate with other Lean Deployment Leaders to develop the company's production system within LEAN

Requirements specification

We are looking for someone who is passionate about LEAN. Relevant working life knowledge and experience in the field will be critical to be able to drive the company's LEAN work in the right direction.

You have previous successful experience of leading and coaching an organization at various levels using effective communication skills.

As a person, you are analytical and action-oriented. You thrive best when you get to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.

Meritorious with:

• A university education in a relevant field
• Experience in production, quality and logistics
• Experience in project management
• A solid interest in technology - preferably in the aviation and space industry.

Requirements for this position are that you:

• Accepts a temporary position at AFRY
• Undergoes a mandatory security check and completes a negative drug test
