We are looking for an analytical Process Expert to join our procurement transformation journey. The Procurement Process & System Lead role is a crucial position within the procurement department at Stena Line. This role focuses on streamlining procurement activities by developing, implementing, and upkeeping effective systems, tools, and processes. It is not just about keeping things running smoothly; it is about revolutionizing the procurement process to boost efficiency, achieve significant cost reductions, and maintain strict adherence to both internal and external standards. The person who will take on this new role will be at the forefront of transforming procurement into a strategic asset for the organization, ensuring that every process is optimized for top performance. Some of your key responsibilities: - Develop and implement solutions in existing systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Lead the selection, customization, and implementation of procurement systems and tools - Identify opportunities for process optimization within the procurement function and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement - Oversee procurement data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices - Act as a liaison between procurement and other departments to ensure integration and alignment of processes and systems - Lead procurement system and process improvement projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget What you will experience Joining our Procurement team means embarking on an exciting journey ahead! Qualifications:  - Technical/Economical master’s degree or equivalent - Proven experience in operations, with a focus on system implementation, system integrations as well as system- and process improvements - Strong knowledge in process and system mapping - A proven strong Financial Data Acumen as well as Procurement Data Proficiency - Ability to envision and articulate how technology can transform procurement operations to stakeholders at all levels - Excellent project management skills and change management capabilities - Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken Interested?   This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gothenburg within our procurement department.
