Join our LS Central team to build new digital solutions for one of Stena Line’s most important businesses – Onboard Sales and Services! As a member of our OSS Digital department, you will maintain and enhance the digital platforms managing onboard commercial operations, and create new experiences - always with our guests and colleagues in focus. You will deliver front- and backend functionality with the team for POS, replenishment, accounting, etc. based on the MS Business Central/LS Central application, collaborating with internal stakeholders, our agile product team, and suppliers. Together you will define requirements, implement processes, and deliver technical solutions. Some of your key responsibilities: - Establishing a product goal/vision and defining a roadmap together with relevant stakeholders - Facilitating the dialogue with our different stakeholders and suppliers - Collecting and structuring business requirements concerning transactions, replenishment, accounting, BI, and related processes - Being innovative and contributing with proposals for new solutions and best practices - Maintaining the product backlog, defining acceptance criteria in collaboration with the product team and relevant stakeholders as well as prioritizing. - Using and promoting agile principles. - Ensuring business continuity by following up on released functionality. - Highlighting structural flaws that require changes in the platform and other source systems feeding into the system. - Coordinate roll-out activities and deployments. Qualifications: - University degree in IT or extensive relevant experience - A proven track record in the hospitality industry or in IT with ERP systems   - Experience with agile work - Experience in managing larger projects - Understanding of integrating fundamental principles in dialog with architects and developer experts - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Swedish and English Interested?  This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gothenburg in our OSS Digital Team.
