We have the responsibility to deliver and coordinate technical support for Volvo HD ICE and BEV trucks towards market companies and importers and are the link between the market and design departments at Volvo Group Trucks Technology. We contribute to the Product Development process with our field and aftermarket expertise.  What you will do As Product Specialist Chassis, you will be responsible for resolving all kinds of hardware and software related problems that might occur in customer trucks. To quickly develop creative containment actions, temporarily resolving customer issues, is also one of your main deliveries. You work independently with a large personal responsibility, supported by your team when needed.  You will also act as the key person representing the market/end-customer in projects where quality issues are addressed. You have broad and deep experience from ESW function development, application or verification, Diagnostic Engineering or System Design at AMT or E&E design department or similar.  Areas were knowledge within all, or some of them is needed: * T1 / T2 / TEA2 / TEA2+ / T3  * Safety systems.  * Body Building systems.  * Tachograf system.  * SEM.  * Camera systems.  * Instrument Cluster.  Volvo used systems like: KOLA, Impact, VDA, SW Configurator, Tech tool, CANalyzer and more, so if you are familiar with any of these, it will make your work easier. In addition to technical university degree, or equivalent experience, it is an advantage if you hold a Driver licence C/CE. High analytical ability and passion for problem solving, paired with creative and network building abilities, ensures that you succeed in this role.
