ABOUT THE ROLE As a member of the Operation Readiness team, you will be a part of a toolbox team of specialists who are the link between our Service Operations organization and the rest of the company. The team consists of Business Developers, Business and Data Analysts, Process Owners and a group of Change Managers providing change control. For the role as a Change Manager, in change control, you will be working with our IPC processes, specifically change, to ensure process adherence and to enhance our customer focus. This is an administrative role where you are expected to coordinate and approve planned work, ensure no scheduled conflicts as well as working with statistics and following up on results. Moreover, you are also expected to facilitate forums and workshops, and to help the team optimize and drive automation of the daily administration. A few more key competences we believe are key to be successful in this role are listed below: - Drive - Team player - Customer focused - Comfortable in public speaking - Fluent in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing Meriting competences: - Experience within the telecom industry - Experience in ServiceNow - Experience from working with automatization A FEW WORDS FROM THE MANAGER My name is Agnes Elde-Johansson, and my aim, as a newly onboarded manager of this team, is to form a swat team with a broad range of skills and competences which can support and help our fellow co-workers in Service Operations as well as stakeholders at Tele2. We are a driven team of specialists with one common aim, to deliver on our internal and external promises. This is a fun, newly formed team with years of experience within both Tele2 and telecommunications in general. It is important for me to engage and involve all the Operations Readiness team members to collaborate and to utilize our collective expertise, evolving into something more than we are today. I believe respectful, progressive and transparent ways of approaching each other and our colleagues is the key to success!
