We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Amaris Sweden. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for industrial project management, ensuring cross-functional alignment, scheduling, resource planning, and progress follow-up of manufacturing process equipment and material handling projects. Your role will involve delivering overall manufacturing process functionality in a timely, cost-effective, and high-quality manner, from the design phase to hand-over to the manufacturing and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Describe, document, and approve the designated project scope to deliver overall manufacturing process functionality, from purchase orders to hand-over to manufacturing.
  • Fulfill designated projects in line with the project’s scope, time, and cost.
  • Deliver the project scope through cross-functional departments and track the cross-functional project timeline.
  • Ensure key organizational disciplines involved in manufacturing process equipment projects are fully aligned in scope, time, and cost.
  • Develop and manage a detailed engineering timeline aligned with all organizational disciplines.
  • Create and manage detailed equipment commissioning and ramp-up scenarios jointly with Engineering Managers and Commissioning Managers.
  • Drive and document manufacturing process equipment constructability reviews.
  • Align and secure cross-functional project continuity and share project information with involved organizational disciplines.
  • Manage equipment projects from the design phase to hand-over to the manufacturing and maintenance team, including implementation and coordination of recurring project follow-ups and steering meetings.
  • Act as the risk focal point for designated projects, ensuring completion and close-out of all risk processes, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Follow up on project budgets for designated equipment projects at a detailed engineering level to secure decisions.
  • Secure long-term and short-term cross-functional project resource planning and equipment project prioritization.
  • Develop an industrialization project toolbox jointly with Engineering Managers to standardize activities across different projects and feed it into the Factory Blueprint.
  • Report project status and dependencies to the program manager.
