Najell is looking for a Buying and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our fast-growing team!

Based in central Lund, Najell designs and sells products for urban parents. Our major product categories include baby carriers, baby nests, and footmuffs. Is it you we're looking for?
To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong personal drive, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a dynamic environment. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude, be collaborative, and be curious to learn and explore new opportunities.
You are expected to have:
Experience and/or education in Procurement & Supply Chain.
Good understanding of the entire process from production to end customer.
Interest in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong planning skills and attention to detail.
Experience with MS Office / Excel.
Strong business acumen and a desire to take initiative.
Bonus if you have experience in customs handling, as it's the next area we want to optimize.

Planning and optimizing purchases
Monitoring deliveries
Price negotiation
Product development
Supporting the team in identifying opportunities and growth
Quality follow-up with suppliers
Further developing our logistics, including customs clearance and last-mile solutions
