About the role As our new Product Deployment Manager you will act as the liaison between PD&I I, Operations, Markets & Commercial (PMI) and de-risking global initiatives, by taking into consideration shared and known capability constraints as well as market specific & regulatory requirements. You will further on Lead new Product Initiatives through the RPC/CPC process through partnering with the Customer Service / Supply Chain teams, to ensure project feasibility. In this role you will Collaborate and partner with Regional and Market Commercial Teams for Nicotine Pouches Products and liason with markets to ensure timely deployment on agreed portfolio in market. You will report to Director Product Management. Main tasks and responsibilities - Participate in discussions on portfolio, capabilities, timing etc. with Commercial & Markets. - Establish drumbeats with markets to clarify local regulations, understand implications on project timeline, coordinate timely availability of project deliverables that are dependent on market actions. - Act as point of contact between PD&I, Operation functions and Markets for deployment of product portfolio.. Ensure a continuous and coordinated information flow between PDI, Regulatory, Markets & Operations on capabilities, progress, IMS etc. - Follow up with SWM PM on project execution and monitoring (GTP availability, Production planning, shipment date, IMS) – update market on weekly/monthly basis. - Provide visibility on project implementation status. - Ensure communication to project manager and involvement with market when needed. - Discuss and endorse realistic timelines given complexity, capabilities & resources. - Contribute to minimizing complexity in portfolio, suggest products to Commercial team and streamline where possible. - Be agile and flexible to handle various type of responsibilities to support function’s deliverables. You are also a skilled communicator, have a collaborative working style and the ability to work cross functionally and handle a complexity of internal stakeholder and variety of global markets. We also see that you have a genuine Passion for our products & consumers. You have an academic degree in marketing/economics/finance or equivalent.
