Dina arbetsuppgifter Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to become a part of their team in Landskrona, with the possibility of working flexibly from their Malmö office. As the Accounting Manager for the Swedish Holding team, you will be in charge of all financial matters at the office in Landskrona. You will report to the SE Holding Finance Manager and be responsible for managing finance operations to ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and legal requirements. Your duties will include overseeing group reporting, forecasting, budgeting, improving processes, and controlling business operations. Furthermore, you will be the system owner of financial IT systems and lead the implementation of compliance programs. Job Assignments • Manage accounting operations and supervise finance activities outsourced to external parties. • Guarantee compliance with statutory accounting, tax, and legal requirements by working closely with internal and external auditors and preparing audit documents. • Produce Annual Accounts and reports following local GAAP regulations (K3). • Address local tax matters such as VAT, tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, invoicing, and settlements. • Carry out group reporting in HFM, adhering to the client’s reporting guidelines and IFRS regulations. • Guarantee precision in forecasting and budgeting procedures, both within the organization and in HFM. • Implement and adhere to the Internal Control framework (RACM) as a safeguard. • Take the lead in enhancing processes in Finance and related areas. • Conduct business controlling using precise key performance indicators, ensuring clear communication of business results to stakeholders. • Manage financial IT systems such as ERP, Excel, and other software tools. You will be acting as the system owner. • Oversee the integration of the Compliance Programs within the local organization. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or substantial experience in finance. • Proficient in both Swedish and English languages. • Experience in using ERP systems, group consolidation systems, Excel, and other financial tools. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position. As an individual, it is important to possess strong leadership and communication abilities. Additionally, having effective problem-solving skills and the motivation to meet deadlines and goals, along with a methodical work style, are essential qualities to have.
