You will join a team with great culture and collaboration and gain exposure to stakeholders and managers cross Volvo Cars.    You will be part of our SW Execution team at Software Engineering Office, a team of highly skilled senior program managers that are responsible for the complete SW deliveries and activities cross Engineering. We lead the programs for complete SW & Electrics / Electronics and own the Software execution plan!  What You’ll Do  You will lead SW & E/E development and delivery for our future and current products. Together with a team of program managers, for each functional unit at Engineering, you ensure technical solutions are in place cross platforms but specifically for one or a few clustered vehicle programs. You set the SW Execution plan, manage stakeholders and balance solution towards capacity and risk to ensure timely deliveries from all towards the plan.   You are familiar with automotive SW development concepts, such as base tech and communication protocols, as well as integration, verification and deployment together with associated SW, vehicle development and manufacturing processes.    Who You Are   You have long and well acknowledged experience in establishing and leading software development programs, encompassing complex embedded SW & E/E platforms, to Continuous Integration and Deployment processes for Software Defined Vehicles.    You have:  An engineering university degree, preferable M.Sc in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, applied mathematics or other applicable area and are fluent in English.   General, solid knowledge about Software Engineering  Long well acknowledged experience from leading large SW&E/E programs in both traditional waterfall as well as agile methodology.  Experience from the automotive industry within different domains, specifically from Embedded SW development and hence a good understanding of applicable standards as AUTOSAR, ISO26262 and ISO21434.  To succeed in this role, we believe that you:  Are known for building trust and showing courage, which gives you a solid foundation to be able to coordinate with several teams among other advantages.  Are strongly self-driven, curious, and comfortable to independently drive a large program towards set goals, while ensuring excellent stakeholder management.   Value quality and have the experience in automotive industrialization of complex SW products.   Share our commitment to develop world-class products with high precision!   We believe in people and that everyone possesses unique strengths!
