Coordinate and assign tasks to a team of (Lead) Operations & Maintenance and Repair Associates in your city.
Support the Operations Manager to engage with and handle day to day business with our network of external logistics providers.
Monitor and maintain the health of TIER’s fleet of eVehicles to optimise the consumer experience.
Supervise Associates on shift and be the point of contact for any issues or support they require during a shift.
Train new Associates, ensuring they are able to use our apps, follow our working procedures, processes, and get the most out of their job.
Provide general administrative support to the team and occasional customer care duties, including, but not limited to: addressing requests from cities about the eVehicle fleet, occasional support with invoices, communication with external vendors, and other administrative tasks ).
Problem-solve on a day-to-day basis and support the Operations team in your city to improve operational processes and ensure operational diligence.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Good experience and comfort working on the computer, smartphone and using apps in general.
G-suite experience and knowledge preferred.
Flexibility to support and directly address tasks inside and outside of the warehouse, collect, redistribute, and swap the batteries of our vehicles, check and document any damage or repairs needed).
English and local language skills are mandatory .
Ability to work conscientiously and with a focus on safety.
Flexibility to work on a shift schedule.
Prior experience in delivery, warehousing, logistics, repair, or back office roles is valuable (including internships).
Knowledge of performing administrative tasks is valuable.
Prior experience in maintenance and repair is valuable.
