Some more details about the job: You and your team will be responsible for: - Architecture, development and technical quality for all end-to-end software solutions at Jollyroom. Including website solution, ERP, BI among others - Plan and execute development projects and initiatives - Together with the Process Developers/Product Owners design and develop and roll out solutions that continuously improve and enhance our everyday business - Continues improvement and performance optimization - Secure continuous high performing operation of critical systems The Head of Development reports to the CTO and is a part of the IT management team, together with Head of Process Development & Product Owners. The role is based in Göteborg. To succeed in the role: - You will need a couple of years prior experience of leading a software development teams or/and working as an enterprise or web architect - Good knowledge of ecommerce or/and retail - Love to bring the best possible end-to-end solutions to the people - Broad software and tech knowledge - Love to drive continous improvement and create structure If you also have a habit of waking up in the middle of the night with the perfect solution, then you’re the perfect match.
