The team has the responsibility to lead the industrialization of product development projects for Volvo and Renault Trucks Vehicles. What you will do? As Lead Project Manager at Group Trucks Operation (GTO), you will manage manufacturing deliveries within projects with high complexity, holding strategic importance and that significantly impact the business in a global environment.  You will lead and motivate a cross-functional core team of approximately 5 to 15 people, coordinating common activities across sites and being accountable for delivering projects according to committed targets and chosen project models. To secure the industrialization of new product introductions, you will ensure manufacturing requirements are defined, taken into account and met. In addition, you will need to cooperate and proactively challenge functions outside GTO to meet agreed project milestones. Reporting project status and make recommendations to the members of GTO decision meetings is also part of the work. Who are you? We are looking for someone who excels in setting priorities, possesses strong organizational and negotiation skills, and demonstrates anticipation, proactivity, and a commitment to achieving results. Your persistence makes you accomplish objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. A holistic perspective is also highly valued for this role and you have a well-developed ability to communicate.
