The positionCambio is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager! As an IT Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization’s technology systems. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of IT operations, from managing infrastructure to overseeing system maintenance regarding both our internal system and the solutions we deliver to our customers. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping and developing processes and methodologies for how we will work with IT operations and IT maintenance of Cambio’s current IT infrastructure environment, towards the journey to become a Service provider. The IT Operations Manager will oversee the strategic planning, procurement, implementation, security, protocols, and management of Information Technology solutions in use by Cambio, and the IT operational activities associated with them.

Currently, there is a hybrid infrastructure solution where we mix on-prem, cloud, and managed services for managing the IT infrastructure.

The team consists of approximately 15 FTE and 10 consultants, and are in Stockholm, Linköping and Colombo (Sri Lanka) offices. You will be part of the IT management team, together with 4 additional managers.

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
• Proven experience in IT operations management
• Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Familiarity with network administration, system security, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations that affects an IT organization
• Awareness of compliance and legal IT security obligations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English.
