The nature of our business requires us to be great at managing the rights to our music on online platforms like YouTube, that’s why we need you! As a Copyright Screener, you will fill an important role within our fantastic Digital Rights Management team. You will work with, and become an expert on, YouTube’s rights management system Content ID. Your main responsibility is to review videos containing Epidemic Sound’s music in YouTube’s CMS (Content Management System) and take action based on our business rules.

Who you are;

Perhaps you are a student or nurturing your dreams or interests in some other way. Anyhow, we believe that you’re looking for a part-time job that you would pursue with great proficiency! The tasks are repetitive and monotonous in its nature, therefore, we believe you have excellent administrative skills and an interest in systems and processes. We don’t require any previous experience but we believe that you are familiar with the online video space, and you are probably a big YouTube fan!

We believe you are/have;

• Extremely well-organized with great attention to detail

• Ability to manage your own time efficiently while performing your task in a detailed and accurate way

• Impeccable follow-up and follow-through capabilities

• Experience from working with an online video platform, music CMS, or simply if you have a passion for music and YouTube is a bonus

Most important is a great attitude and sense of ownership. This is a part-time position that will be available for 1 year from the starting date, and shifts will be available on weekends and evenings. For the summer period, there will also be shifts available daytime to fill up when our permanent employees are taking a well-deserved break. We will set your schedule together and you will be expected to work at least two weekends per month. You will work remotely, which means your office is wherever you need it to be! Even if the day-to-day work is from home you’ll be an important part of the Digital Rights Management department and the team of Copyright Screeners - your closest colleagues.
