Dina arbetsuppgifter On behalf of our client we are seeking an HR Rewards Specialist within Compensation & Benefits to join their HR Service Center team. This position is based in Lund, Sweden but involves global interaction, primarily focusing on reward operations and strategic compensation management across multiple countries. Responsibilities Reward Operations: Execute reward operations including annual rewards cycle, competence advancements, market analysis, etc. Prepare and roll out compensation calculators and handle reward exceptions. Expertise and Support: Act as a subject matter expert for Reward operations and provide Tier 2 support for Client Experience Services. Policy Implementation: Participate in both local and global policy rollouts and projects. Ensure reward processes are compliant with statutory requirements and company policies. Advisory Role: Provide advice on standard reward offerings to clients, including employees and line managers, and offer compensation guidance to recruiters for various job movements. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR Customer Service (HRCS) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to report compensation information and short-term benefits to external stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within HR to enhance productivity and service delivery. Qualifications Experience: A few years of experience in HR, specifically in Compensation & Benefits. Experience in international environments and large organizations is highly valued. Skills: Strong Excel skills (e.g., presentations, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and a data-driven mindset. Familiarity with compensation frameworks from Mercer or Willis Towers Watson is a plus. Soft Skills: A curious mindset, problem-solving abilities and a business-oriented approach. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with a team. Other Requirements Start Date: As soon as possible. Duration: 6 months contract. Location: Lund, Sweden, with global responsibilities. Pre-employment: A drug test is required before the assignment begins.
