SOMMELIER – WAITER Hotell Borgholm has for over 50 years nurtured the gastronomic heritage and above all created one of the country's most unique wine cellars. A restaurant and dining room awarded in the Michelin guide since 2016. For the business continued development of the guest experience, restaurant and wine cellar, we are now looking for an experienced sommelier and waiter. We are looking for someone who has solid experience in similar roles and a unique ability to lead, develop and provide service. You are passionate about food and drinks and are driven in your role to take responsibility, develop and create international class experiences. As our sommelier and waiter you work with one of the country's most extensive wine cellars, handling beverage packages for the restaurant's menus. You work service and guide the guests through the dining experience with your knowledge of great service, food and wines. Hotell Borgholm takes its roots into classic cooking and great service with genuine craftsmanship in the daily operations, which is why we would also like to see that you have a good experience from similar restaurants. The position is 100% during at least 6 months and we can arrange housing and contract with salary due to union contracts.
