As a Global Manager within Product & Process Engineering, either for machining area or for assembly area (two positions), you will ensure process driven product development and develop and manage manufacturing and verification methods to ensure cost efficient and quality assured processes.

Skills and Experience

  • You have leadership experience where you work with empowering your employees in an everchanging environment where you embrace the unknown.
  • Deep understanding of IATF 16949 core tools Engineering knowledge and experience.
  • Manufacturing engineering knowledge and experience.
  • Good understanding of Production Processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Your role at Aurobay

As a Global Manager for Product and Process Engineering you will:

  • Effectively manage business operations and resources, including performance steering to ensure optimal outcomes. Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication between external partners and internal stakeholders for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
  • Take accountability for ensuring the team possesses the necessary capabilities to deliver expected results. Foster a coaching and supportive environment to empower team members in achieving their objectives effectively.
  • Actively contribute to fostering teamwork and collaboration within the Product & Process management team. Play a key role in its development and collective success.
