We are looking for new colleague to join our team in a new automotive assignment as a Senior SW Developer.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven, charismatic person with proven application layer SW development skills. You will be working as ECU SW development expert, team leader and coach in our Scrum team. We expect you to be able to motivate and set the direction for the team as well as taking an active role in the development. Your expertise will ensure we do not miss out on any important steps in the development strategy.

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills required for the role:

• Senior SW developer with long experience of Automotive SW development
• Autosar classic knowledge is a must
• Support in leading and coaching the team (as a Scrum master)
• Review strategy and set plans together with Product Owner and Team Leader
• Setting directions, develop, integrate and sharing knowledge will be main tasks for this assignment
• A will to continuously improve the way of working
• Great knowledge of automotive requirements and handling
• Continuous SW releases and integration events
• Fluent in English both writing and speech. Mandarin is a valuable merit
• Vehicle Diagnostics expertise is considered a merit
