As HRBP you will be collaborating with managers to provide HR guidance, support and solutions that drive business results. You will work on operational personnel matters, fostering engagement, championing diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, talent development, leadership & people development and be responsible for labor union negotiations with a focus on production employees. You will support 20 managers. We have two manufacturing units, in one we produce softstarters, contactors, pilot devices and machine safety with the purpose to protect, control and connect. And in the scoop of low voltage systems, we are manufacturing low voltage switchgear and control equipment.
We are today three experienced HRBP working for Smart Power with a need to be four. This position is full-time, located at our Manufacturing Unit in Västerås. We want you who would like to focus on production employees and HR concerning production environment.
