Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Participate in all stages of product development, generating design solutions in compliance with standards, operational management systems, and technical requirements.
• Utilize Siemens PLM software, including Teamcenter and NX, to create CAD models, product drawings, and geometric interfaces.
• Store, manage, and release design data within Siemens PLM software, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct design studies, implement design changes, and produce geometric interface documentation.
• Update requirement justifications for drawings and perform tolerance chain calculations.

What you bring:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction.
• Proficiency in CAD/PLM tools, specifically Siemens TeamCenter and NX.
• Strong understanding and experience with GD&T (ASME y14.5 and ISO) standards.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
• Experience in product support, development, and manufacturing.
• Strong desire to learn new methods and tools, with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Capacity to balance design considerations including performance, cost, quality, and production constraints.
• Effective communication skills, capable of presenting conclusions clearly to diverse audiences.
• Excellent teamwork abilities and adept at building professional networks.
• Advantageous: Knowledge and experience in geometry assurance.
