Engineering Digital – Quality and Compliance - let’s introduce ourselves In our cluster Quality and Compliance at Engineering Digital, we are now hiring one Software Engineer with focus on backend in the CoDev Fleet management Team. The cluster consists of five different products where Product Owners, Solution Architects and teams deliver value to the Products in an agile way that are aligned to the architectural runway.  The CoDev team creates digital capabilities to receive valuable insights and feedback about our fleet cars, to make our customer cars even better. What you’ll do As a Software Engineer you enable product success by working as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand the customer benefits and needs, and by supporting backlog refinement in accordance with the Product Owner’s and the team’s agenda. You will be part of the whole development lifecycle, not only the actual implementation in code. Your responsibilities will be to create digital capabilities and applications and to facilitate a grounded way of working with focus on value creation and excellent user experience.  What you’ll bring We are looking for a creative and driven Software Engineer with some years of experience in building cloud-native web applications using React, .NET Core and Azure cloud. Knowledge of Domain Design, API-Design and Cloud Architecture is a merit. We believe that you have a master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and some years of work experience. Moreover, we think that you have experience of: •    React (TypeScript), .NET Core (C#) and SQL •    Creating CI/CD pipelines •    A/B testing and Service Mesh principles  •    Test driven development and test automation •    Web development (backend and frontend) and MS Azure cloud •    Designing enterprise applications •    Data from various back-end services and databases •    Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices •    Participating in software release and post-release activities •    Agile methodologies (DevOps, project management, organizing backlog and tasks) •    Facilitating workshops •    Working with analytics, understanding the data and what gaps require actions Experience of working with business development as well as hands-on experience from the car industry is a plus.  Who you are We are looking for you who has a genuine interest in people and can build trusted relationships. You will be the go-to person for expertise related to this area, therefore a positive attitude and understanding of different perspectives combined with balancing stakeholders is important. This together with the willingness to coach and support to contribute to organizational development. Besides that, you are willing to take “hands-on” tasks and are good at planning your work accordingly.
