Newly established Sapper unit will ensure BCSS readiness for “as a Service” when our customers start shifting towards new networks operations models that could truly leverage the opportunities and agility cloud native deployment brings. What you will do

As a Senior Agile and DevOps Coach, you'll be the driving force behind our teams' success. You'll:

  • Empower Teams: Inspire and mentor agile teams and leadership to adopt Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Innovate: Stay on the cutting edge of Agile and DevOps trends, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table. Don’t be over dogmatic, analyze the situation and propose the right tools for the job, and be willing to challenge status quos.
  • Guide Our Evolution: Lead the charge in structuring an evolving our organization, ensuring that Agile and DevOps principles are woven into the fabric of our daily operations and continued as our foundations as we grow and scale.
  • Problem-Solve: Tackle challenges head-on, leveraging your deep knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools to find practical solutions.
  • Celebrate Success: Recognize and celebrate milestones, fostering a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Continuously Improve and Scale: Lay and evolve our Agile and DevOps foundations with an eye to the future scalability. Ensure processes are lean, and challenge overhead and wasteful activities and tasks daily.

You will enable transparency by recommending and deploying the right tooling, methodologies, and practices to achieve a “single pane of glass” continuously available view, so that we are all on the same page.

What you bring

  • Extensive experience as an Agile and DevOps Coach, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices, along with hands-on experience in implementing these methodologies and a deep understanding of the benefits and challenges in each.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for continuous learning and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies in the ever-evolving world of Agile and DevOps.
